DISCLAIMER
• If you decide to commission me, by default you are agreeing to my terms, and I am not responsible for any inconvenience if you choose not to read them.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you are not comfortable with my terms of service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Uploading my art to any AI softwares or websites is strictly forbidden.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.You will agree to only use the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

GENERAL
• Finished commissions will be sent by email, png format + credit panel (credit panel is for social media. You are not required to use the panel but some form of credit is required)
• I reserve all rights to the art
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason
• The art you receive will not have a watermark.
• Commission artwork I post will have a watermark in all my social medias.
• You may not ask me to work in another artists' art style.
• I send updates on your commission at sketching phase and flat color phase. You may request more updates if you want. I do not charge for showing updates.
• Make sure to add good description/references of what you want and what your character looks like in your commission form. The less information you give me the more freedom I will have
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.I do not do the following:
• heavy mecha, elderly, extreme bara, fetish art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.

PAYMENT
• I take payment after I confirm and start working on your commission!
• I will message you before I start working on your commission to confirm the commission.
• If you wish to postpone the start of your commission, you can message me privately about it, otherwise I will cancel the commission.
• I do not refund started commissions. So If you wish to cancel, please do so before I start working and payment.
• I take payment with PayPal invoice or KoFi commission listing.
• rush commissions and commissions for commercial use can only be paid with PayPal invoice atm.For PayPal:
• Once I have accepted and confirmed your commission and started the sketch, I will send you an invoice through PayPal. The invoice should list all the items purchased.
• Do not send me any payment until I have confirmed your commission and send you an invoice.• I take an extra fee for rush orders & changes when the sketch is approved.
• If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes merch etc. there will be an added fee to your commission. (Using emotes/Badges on Twitch/Discord does not require this fee. • Please note that all my sales are “Digital Artwork”, it is the artwork that is purchased by you, the Client.
• Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
• I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

PROCESS
• Once I accept your commission, I will make a card on my Trello page for the client to follow the progress of their commission.
• I send updates on sketch and flat color phase. If you order multiple emotes of the same character, I will send color examples on one of the emotes before coloring them all in unless otherwise requested.
• I will do changes to the sketch within reason, unless you already approved the sketch and I have continued working past sketch phase (larger changes or changes to the line art after the sketch has been approved result in further fee’s)
• I will only do bigger changes to the piece in the sketch phase so make sure you give me feedback when I send you the update. If you fail to do so it is not my responsibility to fix it once the artwork is finished.
• Possible color changes will happen in the flat color phase.

COPYRIGHTS AND USAGE
• I reserve all rights to the commissioned piece.
• I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself or use however I like.
• If you wish to use my art for commercial use, like merchandise I take an extra fee. You are required to let me know when commissioning me if you wish to use my art for such purposes.
• If you wish to use my art for commercial use after you have already received the commission, you are still required to pay the extra fee.
• Do NOT edit my art without my permission. If you want small edits on a piece, it can be discussed.
• I do not allow my artwork to be turned into NFTs
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.

CANCELS AND REFUNDS
• I do not refund finished or started commissions.
• You are allowed to cancel the commission if you have not paid yet.
• If you decide to cancel the commission after I have started sketching, I reserve the right to keep 50% of the price.
• If you decide to file a charge back, I hold the right to retract everything I have produced for you and resell the artwork, as well as cancelling your right to use the artwork. You will also be blacklisted.If you fail to follow my Terms of Service, I reserve the right to retract all my art I have produced for you, retract your right to use my artwork. You will be blacklisted and cannot commission me in the future.
You accept my Terms of Service when you commission me.
